Privacy Policy
Last updated: 14 January 2026
At Vynzera S.A.S. we value the trust of the people who use our site. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, safeguard and share the information you provide when you browse vynzera.com or fill in one of our forms.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Vynzera S.A.S., Tax ID (CUIT) 30-71765342-4, with address at Av. Corrientes 1386, floor 6, office B, C1043AAZ, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. For any question related to this policy you can write to privacidad@vynzera.com.
2. Information we collect
We only collect the information you choose to share with us: name, email and the content of the message you send through the form. In addition, we automatically receive limited technical data: truncated IP address, device type, browser, language and pages visited. Whenever possible for the purpose at hand, that technical data is processed in an aggregated and anonymized way.
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data to: (i) process and respond to your request, (ii) improve how the site works, (iii) send communications only when you explicitly authorize us, and (iv) meet legal or judicial obligations when applicable. We do not use your data to make automated decisions with legal effects on you.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on the consent you provide when filling out the form, as well as on the legitimate interest of ensuring the correct operation and the security of the site, always within the framework of Argentina's Personal Data Protection Act (Law 25.326) and its complementary regulations.
5. Retention
We keep your data only for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described above. As a general rule, data submitted through forms is kept for a maximum of thirty-six (36) months, unless there is a legal obligation to keep it for longer.
6. Third parties and transfers
We may share limited data with technology providers that help us operate the site (for example, infrastructure services, transactional email and measurement). When this involves international transfers, we require appropriate contractual safeguards equivalent to those set by Argentine regulations.
7. Your rights
As a data subject you can access, rectify, update and request the deletion of your information, as well as oppose specific processing activities or obtain a copy of your data. To exercise these rights, write to privacidad@vynzera.com. The Agency for Access to Public Information — the supervisory authority for Law 25.326 — has the power to handle complaints about non-compliance with the applicable regulations.
8. Information security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data, including encryption in transit, access controls, continuous monitoring, periodic backups and privacy by design. No system is completely immune to incidents, so we also maintain response and notification protocols when the regulations require them.
9. Minors
The site is not directed at people under 18 years of age. If we detect that we have received data from a minor without authorization from their guardians, we will delete it within a reasonable period.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the service or to the applicable regulations. The current version will be published on this same page, indicating its last-updated date.
